Canary Islands are great for rock climbing. Especially Tenerife is well known for its countless climbing spots. Narrow canyons all across the island are very attractive for climbing and bouldering.
When visiting Fuerteventura you will realize that it’s more difficult to find suitable canyons. But there is a small area close to an old dam. Not well documented but it’s worth it for an alternative to the surfing activities.
